Two-Year-Old Humor

Last Sunday as we were getting ready to leave for Church, CJ demonstrated her "joking" skills. As you may or may not know - her comfort, her wubby, her everything that she absolutely has to have is her blankey. (Which she has always pronounced it "theethee.") So anyhoo, here is the conversation between Ruben and CJ:


Ruben: Carmen, let's go. Are you bringing your blankey with you to Church?

Carmen: No. *puts her "theethee" on the couch and starts to walk towards the door to leave. (And with conviction if I might add)*

Rube: Ok, then vamanos.

Carmen: SIIIIKE! *starts laughing and goes back to get her blanket*

Ruben and I bust out laughing - not realizing that she knew how to use the word "sike" appropriately.

Missing Potato Head Report!

It's been a few months now since Mrs. Potato Head has been missing. I've searched high and low and have found nothing. Only God and CJ know what happened to her.... Rube and I suspect that for whatever reason Miss CJ may have thrown her in the trash. Now all that is left is a bunch of accessories and various body parts. Sorry, Mrs. Potato Head :(

PS-Sorry for the unflattering view of my nostrils :P My pics are a bit hit or miss lately, having some issues with my camera, boooo. The screen SOMETIMES works, but mostly it hasn't so I can't see what I'm taking a picture of. Very. Annoying. I need instant gratification, people! It may be time to just bite the bullet and get a new one...
